ATLAS / DECISION TOOLS
Purchase-order and import cash-gap planner.
Map supplier payments, freight, user-entered tax costs and customer collections to estimate the cash gap on a purchase order.
How this model works.
Enter every amount in AUD, using your own conversion assumptions for foreign-currency costs. No live FX rate, customs classification or tax treatment is calculated.
Events on the same date are netted at end of day. Supplier deposit and balance must be separate amounts, not the deposit plus the full invoice twice.
Receipts and payments beyond the end date remain visible as deferred events. The gap is against your selected buffer and does not price financing.
Questions about this tool
Is this a tax or import-duty calculator?
No. Enter amounts from your own estimates or advisers. Duties, GST and FX movements can materially affect the result.
Does it price purchase-order finance?
No. It models timing and the gap. Finance costs, provider eligibility and terms need separate assessment.
Model methodology describes Atlas’s illustrative calculation, not any provider’s underwriting rules. Check the actual proposal and obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances.
